Join the New Jersey Yoga Collective at Bee You Yoga on December 15, 2018, for a class benefiting the Boys and Girls Club. This class is completely donation based – we are collecting art supplies for the Boys and Girls Club’s art room. Think crayons, markers, glue sticks, construction paper, and paints.

Parents: drop the kids off for the 11:00am class at Bee You Yoga and head across the street for you own yoga class at Xen Strength Yoga located at 75 Main Street. Xen Strength is also donating their time/space and yoga expertise for a great cause!

She has experience working with all levels of experience as well as experience working with those who have injuries or special concerns. De-Stress, Relax and Rejuvenate with this ancient healing tradition that offers balance, relaxation and healing at the cellular level. The subtle vibrations of the bowls quiet the ever active mind, and recalibrate our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The hand-hammered bowls are from Nepal and are made of a special seven-metal alloy. Protocols for deep relaxation, healing and balance will be offered.

This three hour workshop will include light yoga, journaling and self reflection.
May Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement last year, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
