We will gather at 6:30 PM for a meditation with the one and only, much-loved local yoga and meditation teacher Kristin Gould.
After Kristin helps you settle into a space of internal expansiveness, calm, and joy, Marcy Ragan, the chef and owner of Relish Your Chef, and Nick Pizzonia, the curator of Court Liquor’s Wine Club, will elevate your senses with seasonally soothing food and an organic, biodynamic wine tasting.
Marcy’s offerings will explore and experience the incredible tastes of Ayurvedic food, chosen specifically to heal and balance the body. Adorable senior dogs will be allowed to ROAM FREELY and interact with you during this one-hour mixed level yoga class featuring instructors Jes Scott and Zach Stolow, so be prepared to get puppy kisses! May Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement last year, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
