Yoga does not remove us from the reality or responsibilities of everyday life, but rather places our feet firmly and resolutely in the practical ground of experience. We don’t transcend our lives; we return to the life we left behind in the hopes of something better. ~ Donna Farhi

VIA Yoga: When stress relief and physical flexibility are not enough. With all of Yoga’s wonders and gifts, we still feel that something is missing. We’re still subject to suffering and the anxieties that future unpleasant surprises hold.
Hiding in plain sight are three key teachings that will help you identify and overcome the deepest obstacles to enduring happiness and meaning in life. We often miss these great keys to inner freedom because Eastern culture and tradition presents them in ways that make them easy to overlook or undervalue. As a result, we are deprived of their relevance, vitality, and power for transformation. With humor and knowledge, laughter and deep wisdom, Reverend Jaganath will unravel these deep truths. An evening not to be missed.
