Thanksgiving is here!
And for every HUMUNGOUS meal we have planned, we are also totally and completely set on making it to an AMAZING yoga practice.
Quick note from our NJYC family – Bridget is teaching two classes on the Friday after Thanksgiving (November 23). She’ll be at Evenflow Yoga in Red Bank at 8:30 AM and at Synergy HOT Yoga in Fair Haven at 4 PM.
Both classes will be loaded with lots of juicy twists to help deflate anyone who is feeling like a parade balloon. Book either (or both!) classes on MindBody.
We also want to invite you to join Bridget and Serena for a let’s-rock-the-holidays yoga party!
They are coming together for an epic afternoon practice at the Asbury Park Yacht Club on December 1, with a little bubbly (or a Bloody Mary) to follow. There are only 20 spots available for this special event, so book your space NOW. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club. Timing? 3 to 4:15 PM for yoga – and then hang with us!
Thank you to Marilyn and her incredible team for making this happen. We are so grateful to be in your space and working with you on this.

Healing Experiences Unlimited invites you to a post-Thanksgiving Sound Bath — Come relax, release and breathe.
This meditative journey allows you to completely let go and rejuvenate your entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, pyramids, drums, flutes and other instruments are used to produce healing energies to induce relaxation, expansion, clearing, and rejuvenation on every level of your being. The vibrations produce a deep state of relaxation as they balance the brain hemispheres, release stress and muscle tension and stimulate the flow of our vital energy. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and more “in-tune” with who you are.

After her second retirement last year, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
