We love when local studios decide to partner with us and spread the word about their incredible workshops, trainings, events, and charitable offerings.
This week feels like it is all about the HANDSTAND – AKA the most highly coveted pose in all of yoga (we know, we know – it’s not the goal of yoga. But let’s face it – A LOT of practitioners are pretty intense about somehow turning their yogi fingers in yogi toes #justsayin).
If handstand is already your jam, fear not! We found plenty of ways to play and find peace this week, from a flower moon ceremony to some vino + vinyasa.
We cannot wait to see where you choose to be. Make sure to tag us so we can share the goods! #NJYOGACOLLECTIVE.

She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement last year, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
