How are you planning to invite this spring season into your world?
We pondered that exact question this AM, as we started scrolling all the Earth Day posts on IG and FB. Our favorite? We shared it right here:
Truer words have never been written, right? There is NO Plan B, and we need to DO BETTER.
We also need to spend a little less time on our computers and phones (guilty!) and more time outside, soaking in everything Mother Nature has to offer.
With that in mind, JOIN US on May 11th at the VibeWell HONORS Festival. It is a full day of outdoor magic, with incredible yoga teachers and speakers who are primed and ready to share their talents, knowledge, love, and intentions with every single human being who wants to be a part of it. if you don’t have a ticket yet, here is the link and our website, which will give you all the goods, including our schedule for this epic day.
We also want to make sure you heard about the Wellness Mini-Retreat that our founder, Bridget Riepl, is speaking + teaching at THIS WEEKEND!
Yes, it is in NYC, but the creator of the retreat is a NJ girl, and you know Bridget is too, so why not bring all our NJ vibes to 37th Street for one transformative day of self-care, self-love, learning, laughter, and some good old fashioned bonding time with like-minded ladies?
What is a “Nourished Retreat“? We are so glad you asked. In the words of Nadia, the founder of these amazing events:
Our Mission is to create a supportive community that embraces the concept that Wellness is a Lifestyle for a life-time and not just a short-term fad. Our goal is to bring together individuals who are passionate about living, navigating, and maintaining a healthy life.
The day-long Wellness Retreat is committed to providing practical advice from leading professionals that can be used in daily life. From workshops like eco-friendly living, meditation, yoga, and green beauty, to food demos and nutrition. We provide a holistic approach to Wellness in a community-centric environment.
Bridget sat down with Nadia for a podcast just last week, and we’d love for you listen in…

She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
