Welcome to one of THOSE weeks.
You know, the ones where you burn the (vegan, gluten free) toast, you miss phone calls, you forget the uber important coffee date, you realize your pants are on inside out half way through a class, and you miss all the lights, signals, and turns, which adds minimum 15 minutes to everything you do.
If not, LUCKY! We salute you.
If you are, don’t worry – you absolutely are not riding the struggle bus alone. Not hardly. We’ve got the window seat right behind you so please, look over your shoulder and give a girl some love!
Life isn’t perfect. It never was and it never will be. It’s practice.
And we are truly gifted because we have THE practice – yoga – to help us find calm in the chaos, safety in the storm, hope in the heart, and peace in the pickles (we don’t mean the food pickles, we mean the “I’m in a pickle” moments, as described by our grandmas circa 1945).

In Partnership with New Jersey Yoga Collective/Vibewell we are bringing you the Jersey Shore Morning after party of the Summer. Overlooking the spectacular ocean venue of Spring Lake Pavilion South we welcome Dana Trixie Flynn for a Saturday morning flow.
Saturday, right after class! Join us at Inlet Yoga
After you have moved and grooved with her at Spring Lake Pavilion South join us at Inlet Yoga for an intimate conversation with Internationally acclaimed teacher Dana Trixie Flynn. Conversation with be guided by “Here for Savasana” podcast hosts Bridget Riepl and Jennifer Vafakos. Time will be allowed for a limited number of open questions for Dana at the end.

Yoga & Art Camp for Children offers an hour of Kid’s Yoga, along with crafting, mindful games, and mindful meditation. Please be sure to pack a snack for your child and water or juice as we will take a break in between yoga and crafting for a snack.

Roberta Catuogno invites you to a Cool, Calm and Creative evening of relaxation to tap into your inner zen. Enjoy a non-heated Vinyasa flow, a guided meditation, and a make and take Essential Oil roller bottle blend with healing crystals.
Friday at Sun Moon Yoga & Healing in Long Branch
Enjoy this amazing Kirtan band and they raise the vibrations. Rock Ram Kirtan Band has the traditional kirtan licks with a sweet mix of rock. They do songs to the tune of rock. For example they cover Nirvana “smells like teen spirit” with the lyrics Hare Krishna. This band is perfect for the novice or someone who is into Kirtan. There are no pretentiousness here. Leave your ego at the door. All are welcome.

May Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
