Handstands.
Picnics in the Park.
GOATS (goat yoga picture of Jen Portman, the owner of Synergy Hot Yoga, featured here).
Oils.
Pigeon pose for days.
A chance to honor the light, and then an opportunity to party with business “babes” (it’s called the Babes Beach Bash! We promise we aren’t coming up with new nicknames for our yoginis) on the beach in AP.
So yes, you can do it all this weekend – as long as you have a tank of gas and an open heart. And with the forecast calling for rain, there is truly no better chance to hit the road and plan for some major yogic vibrations.
Let us know where you decide to go by using the hashtag #njyogacollective in your pictures.
And while we are at it…
SAVE THE DATE for the Global Mala on September 23, 2018 (raising funds and awareness for the WE Forum Group) and the VibeWell Yoga Festival on October 14, 2018 (bringing together the most transformative teachers, speakers, leaders, and artisans in NJ for a day of YOGA, wellness, connection, community, MUSIC, delicious food, and the most fun ever)! (the shameless plugs for both are officially starting NOW. Add the hashtags #vibewell and #globalmalanj to your most-used and most-loved so that we can find you easily on IG).

After her second retirement last year, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
