Simple answer? YES.
I went into my first yoga festival with lots of questions. “Is this for me?” “Have I been practicing long enough?” “Will I have anyone to talk to?” “Will the classes be too hard?” “Should I really sign up and do this?!”
Thank the sun, stars, moon, sky, universe, the divine, and everything holy that I didn’t let any of that hold me back.
The experience reached far beyond anything I could have hoped for, and well beyond the practice of poses too.
I spent every single precious moment in a state of emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual awakening, laughing until I cried and crying until I laughed again. Hugging friends who were strangers only moments before. Learning from teachers I didn’t know existed until the moment I decided to jump in on their class. I sweat a whole ocean, I chanted, I grooved like no one was watching, and I slept like a baby when I got home that night.
And afterward? My festival experience was ALL I talked about for a looooong time, because I was inspired, happy, and infused with positive vibes.

So is the VibeWell HONORS Festival for you?
Yes. A million, trillion times, YES!
You will have the chance to make incredible friends, grow your network, try new styles of practice, learn from brilliant speakers, engage with world-renowned experts, transmit to a higher state of consciousness, meditate with mindful masters, dig deeper into what it means to YOU to be a yogi, find a new teacher who might just transform your entire practice, take a break from the daily grind, learn how to live, eat, move, and breathe with more awareness, shift your energy during one-on-one sessions with healers and light-workers, discover ways to clarify who you are and how you want to live this amazing thing called life, and, perhaps most importantly, treat yourself to a day of compassion, kindness, self-care, and self-love.
Wait. There is ONE more thing you need to know about this festival…
We are doing this with ONE goal in mind & heart: raising funds and awareness for the Honor Yoga Foundation. The Honor Yoga Foundation fosters peace and healing in our communities by providing yoga-related wellness programs to under-served and at-risk populations, funding research of yoga’s benefits, and supporting other like-minded organizations.
You can learn more about HYF on our website – their video is right on our homepage. We are so proud to align with this incredible 501c3.

Bridget is a mom, a yoga teacher, a former lawyer, a writer, a moderately decent cook, a really good baker, a seeker of fantastic coffee and a firm believer in the power of positive thinking. Bridget became all those things around the same time and credits the whole “former lawyer” thing as the impetus for most of the fun stuff she gets to do on a daily basis now. That, and her husband Joe’s complete willingness to support her spontaneity with a smile. Bridget was born and raised in New Jersey and cannot imagine calling anywhere else “home.” She loves the entire NJ yoga community with lioness-like ferocity and cannot wait to show the world just what NJ yogis are up to – because it is crazy amazing stuff.
