We bet you’ve tried dog yoga and goat yoga – and we bet you loved both (because SERIOUSLY with the cuteness?!) – but this growing trend of animals + yoga has hit an all new level of purrrrrrrrrrrfect at a few NJ studios with high vibes and karmically beating hearts. Thank you, universe, for:
KITTEN YOGA

And we know where you can find it this weekend:
Yoga Essence in Lebanon, NJ
Yoga Essence’s Co-Owner, Co-Founder, and Teacher Kristin Bond is hosting kitten yoga classes to raise funds for homeless cats and dogs in need of everything from medical care to meals.

Kristen has been volunteering her time to saving animals for over 10 years and just recently founded her own rescue group, Pure Heart Rescue. When she started kitten yoga, Kristin committed to giving 100% of proceeds to help animals in need.
And it doesn’t hurt that she is making her students incredibly happy in the process, as adorable furry friends climb and cuddle on their mats.
Kristin told us that “practicing yoga with kittens is exactly what you would think it is like, full of furry laughs and love!”
She takes her class through a gentle yoga sequence, composed of postures the allow for copious amounts of feline playing, petting, and pouncing.

And here’s the best and final detail: anyone interested in adopting a kitten can fill out an application on the spot!
