Off the Mat with Emily Rose

Whether you have a daily or weekly yoga practice, or are just learning to move your body, this gentle flow based workshop is designed to help you feel grounded in your movement and connection to the surface that holds us up. While yoga is a very linear practice, here we will be moving in looping sequences across the length of the studio.
Combining yoga, contemporary dance and some gymnastic elements, Off the Mat will inspire you to further explore the endless possibilities of your own personal movement journey. No mat needed, but knee pads, socks and any other layers are strongly recommended for sliding, gliding and flowing across the floor.
