Stable Knees and Limber Hips; an Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method
May 26th at Kur Wellness in Asbury Park
Much rides on the health of our hips and knees–the two hardest working joints in the body. They bear our full body weight, allow for a wide range of motion, and are crucial components to our mobility. The key to pain free knees and hips is to increase your neuromuscular awareness. Feldenkrais looks at the role of awareness in movement, with a focus on maximum function with the least amount of effort. Feldenkrais & Yoga support one another and when practiced together, they offer a broader way of experiencing and understanding yourself. Change your habits in the way you move by rewiring neural pathways to move more fluidly and with more ease.
