Chocolate and massages? It must be Valentine’s week.

Our events are just decadent enough to make us sort of love February 14th, even if Hallmark gets to take most of the credit for our lovin’ vibes.

Oh! And please promise us that you will NOT miss the Honor Yoga Grand Opening Party on the 17th! Bridget and Amie will be in the house for vinyasa flows and the one and only NJYC Pose Lab. We would love to hug, talk and play around on our mats with you.

The co-founders of the Dharma Yoga Wheel are providing a 3-day training for teachers looking to teach with the Dharma Yoga Wheel OR students looking to deepen their practice and learn more about the wheel! This prop targets the most difficult regions in the body to stretch, including your shoulders, thoracic spine and hip-flexors. Rolling on the wheel for 5 minutes will feel equivalent to taking an hour long yoga class. In the 3 day training you will learn how to safely unlock your hips, mid-back and shoulders! NJ YogaMay Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She unfortunately did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement last year, she completed her 200 hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
