Did your grandmother ever tell you that the best way to someone’s heart is through their stomach?
Because it totally is, and that goes double for a yogi-love who is emerging from a sweaty power vinyasa class. If you’ve been there, you know that sustenance is REQUIRED immediately after savasana.
Our recommendation for tummy satisfaction this Valentine’s Day is undoubtedly COOKIES. Why? Because first and foremost, the are crazy delicious. And second, because we got out hands on a few of the Yummy Yogi’s cookie cutters and it is now an official NJYC goal to turn every cookie into a mini asana of sweetness.

Plus they are healthy-ish, thanks to Amy’s Healthy Baking (notice we typed Amy with a “y”, not OUR Amie, who would have been more than okay with rolling out dough from Annie’s – and for the record, Bridget would have been okay with that too).
