I’m convinced of this: Good done anywhere is good done everywhere. For a change, start by speaking to people rather than walking by them like they’re stones that don’t matter. As long as you’re breathing, it’s never too late to do some good.
Between Breaths is a yoga-inspired workshop created by Lauren Hammer, focusing on extending the benefit of your yoga practice by carrying your intentions with you after stepping off your yoga mat.
Learn how to use the space Between Breaths to expand authenticity, awareness, and intentionality. Life can side-track us from our goals and at Between Breaths, you will learn strategies to mindfully remain focused while continuing to manage all of your everyday responsibilities.
Between Breaths was born out of a request by a yoga friend who asked Lauren Hammer to create a workshop that promotes personal growth and development for yogis. She jumped at the opportunity and is excited about bringing this to The Co-Co in Summit on October 13, 2019 from 10 AM to 12 PM.
Bring your yoga mindset and wear comfy clothes, but leave your mat at home because this is not a yoga class. Men and women are welcome! Bring a friend with you too —the more, the merrier!

Lauren Hammer, LCSW, MS of Hammer Leadership has spent the better part of the past 20 years helping people think clearly, responsibly and courageously through her clinical social work private practice and leadership coaching work.
