We are beyond excited and grateful for this week’s practice at the WHITECHAPEL PROJECTS with Rachel Wallace and Sandy Hall.
These two amazing women and incredible teachers are known for their powerful vinyasa practices, partner and acro skills, and – most importantly – their seamless ability to transfer “yoga” from an in-studio, on-the-mat experience into something that is wholly nourishing and deeply transformative in every moment of this thing we call LIFE.
Lots of students have been emailing and messaging to find out if this Sunday’s class will be more flight school than flow, so we reached out to the source for more details.
As Sandy said, “NOBODY needs a partner!” Why? Because there will be a fun and engaging flow, followed by a few chances to partner up and see what’s possible. Do you need to flip on someone’s feet? No way. But you just might find yourself getting the most delicious assist and we guarantee you will learn something worth sharing the next time you head to class.
So don’t miss out! WhiteChapel on Sunday at 10:30 AM. Two choices: just the flow or class + a cocktail. We are loving all the variety and creativity that this series is bringing to NJ…

She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
