Calling all graduates of 200-hour teacher trainings, movement and somatic educators, & new wellness professionals looking to grow!
Have you ever sat scrolling through the pages and feeds of “Wellness Influencers” and wondered “How do they do it, and why can’t I seem to get it together?”
You might have asked yourself that question while mildly pulling your hair out.
Or did you get into a really great training, feel amazing during it, and yet still questioned how to integrate a yogic lifestyle into a “career”?
It’s like an internal tug of war between doubt and desire.
Maybe it feels terrifying to talk about what you do in front of people or “out” yourself as a wellness professional amongst your current work colleagues or friend circle.
Perhaps the word “business” feels separate from who you are and you dread having to put prices to your work or invite people to your offerings.
It’s all scary and confusing stuff, I get it.
But here’s the thing – You’re not alone. And you don’t have to go about it alone.
And just in case you needed the reminder, being a yoga or wellness teacher isn’t about all you’re posting on Instagram anyway – It’s a way of life, and its foundation starts from within YOU.
Now Imagine:
- You’re booking the wellness gigs you want. You’re earning a comfortable wage doing what you love.
- The clients you can help the most keep showing up. You’re feeling energized and confident teaching in front of a room of people and with your one-on-one clients.
- When someone asks you what you do, you have a fierce and confident answer. You love your life and do not regret your decision to follow the path of a healthy, holistic lifestyle.
- Maybe you even love posting on Instagram!
All of that is possible, and that’s exactly why I created this program.
Hi, I’m Nicole. When I started to deepen my yoga studies 17 years ago, I remember the devotion of my teachers and how much the emphasis was on spirituality. Things have definitely changed in the US wellness scene since then. But just like a lot of today’s new teachers, they also barely charged anything for their work, and didn’t really market themselves. It seemed a little confusing to me- how would yoga grow to appeal to a wider audience beyond who wandered in a studio if teachers weren’t getting their message out there and unable to keep their doors open?
I remember going to my first 200hr training about seven years later and asking myself at its completion, But how do I let people know that I’m doing this now? How can I keep up my practices AND apparently begin a new business at the same time?
It took a lot of trial and error, failed attempts, investments in endless amount of “skillset” trainings thinking maybe I just wasn’t ready, positions that just weren’t the right fit in studios, and finally seeking out additional business coaches and help to develop an authentic plan around my personal yoga and business practice that supported me, felt truly embodied, and aligned with my values.
All so that I could serve at the highest level.
Over the last five years of my ten year wellness teaching career, I’ve developed a thriving practice and business. I’m currently opening my second yoga studio and wellness space, and I have lead transformative retreats with students all over the country. Bottom line, I’ve helped clients change their lives and I know it’s not that I have a superpower, it’s alignment with my dharma within and without.

The Awakened Teacher mentorship program was born out of a need that I saw in the yoga and wellness world. Because you can only cover so much in a 200-hour training, there’s a dire need for more development.
Sure, you can go to endless amounts of trainings for more skillsets, but if you aren’t out there doing the work and integrating the pieces that are in alignment with your soul’s mission, you’ll just be parroting all of your teachers, feeling disconnected from spirit, and most likely, also struggling financially.
What you’ll learn in this mentorship program is the inextricable link your depth of practice has to the business side of things. Macro to micro, and back again, it’s all related Love.
Not only are you working with people in the classroom who carry history in their bodies, so do you. You’re also working with employers and studios with their own histories. This requires an edge in unseen psychological dynamics, so that you can stand out as an embodied and ethical leader in your field and avoid “rookie mistakes” and “studio drama and politics.” Sometimes, to recognize these bits- we need a little extra support, guidance, and reflection so we can get out of our heads and into our hearts.
I’ve poured my heart and soul into bridging this gap in our community so that you can become an awakened teacher and leader, with more ease and less guessing than I had to go through!
Let me help you transform your life and your teaching practice.
This 100-hour teacher training and mentoring program was designed to help you build a solid foundation in your Self (with a capital S) and your teaching practice and business, so that you can reach more people and make a living doing what you love.
