Donation Yoga for Puerto Rico
Join Kathleen Mumma and the Ohana Rising Yoga community at Glide Surf Co. for a donation practice, raising funds and awareness for Puerto Rico and Waves for Water. 100% of the donations will go towards water filters. Glide will also serve as a drop off location for some much needed supplies.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Building a Practice
4 – 6:00 PM
PFY teachers Deb and Crystal will help you build your meditation and mindfulness practice. You will learn basic meditation techniques, practical stress management skills and mindful presence tools. Mindfulness has been proven to offer you ways to be happier, generate clarity of thinking, ease pain and help come to terms with loss and changes. You’ll leave glowing and feeling tranquil; ready to take on the rest of the evening and week.
This workshop is experiential as well as informative. Please wear clothes that allow light movement and are comfortable for sitting. Bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them. Workshop is not heated.

Join Ellen Mosko for a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

This workshop will melt stress and unwind the week as we create space in the body and a quiet calm in the mind. Through long-held floor postures and breath, Ellen will draw you inward to release layers of tension held in the physical and subtle body. The vibrational Sound Bath including crystal and brass singing bowls, steel drums, and other resonant instruments while you gently surrender into floor postures held for 3-5 minutes. Please join me to experience the healing and recuperative benefits of deep listening, long yin style yoga and promote a feeling of ease designed to soothe your soul.

Join Emily Bessemer for a Restorative Yoga Flow based on the moon cycle and practices of intention setting with the Moon phase. Each student will receive a written copy of the Moon astrology report + a crystal to use for the remainder of the moon cycle. All ages and experience levels welcomed!
