This is such a huge week for the NJYC…
We are turning TWO!

Our online platform for health, wellness, and a daily celebration of YOGA in NJ launched on October 17, 2017, which means we are officially into our terrific twos on Thursday.
So what’s the celebration plan?
First and foremost, Bridget is offering a FREE class at 9:30 AM on Saturday, October 19, hosted by Barefoot on the Playa Bowls patio in Sea Girt, NJ. Playa and Barefoot will both offer 15% off to all yogis in attendance – we hope you will be one of them! You can book your free spot by clicking here.

We can also let you know that the code BRIDGET will be good ALL WEEK LONG for a great discount on your VibeWell tickets.
Want the exact address for your GPS? Here it is: Brook 35 Plaza 2150, NJ-35, Sea Girt, NJ 08750
We are also rocking this birthday week by giving away a healing session at VibeWell, social media challenge style. For the next week, we challenge you to post how yoga has helped you to heal in some way. It can truly be anything – mental, emotional, physical, relationships, ANYTHING. Just make sure to share an image, a little bit about your experience, and the hashtags #VibeWellYogaFestival and #VibeWellHEALS. We will choose one winner on October 19 (@bridgetriepl and @ellenmoskoyoga 🎉 birthday 🎉) and gift our winner a healing session of their choosing at the VibeWell Yoga Festival (cupping, numerology, chakra balancing, acupuncture, or reiki).
One more thing! On Wednesday we go LIVE with half day and drop-in classes for VibeWell. You’ll be able to book a half day pass for $50 or a drop in class for $25. Watch out for it and be ready to grab yours – both are limited! The half day pass gets you into 2 classes/presentations. The drop-in is exactly what it sounds like – one pass, one class!

Now onto the events for the week. Can’t wait to see you all over NJ!

After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
