Second, a much needed Restorative Practice during the height of the Holiday Season:
Sunday early evening at Inlet Yoga in Manasquan
This practice will include a soothing sound bath which Ellen will skillfully deliver during our restful end shape of Savasana. Restorative yoga is, in fact, better than sleep for releasing tense muscles, relieving joint aches, and transitioning the mind and body quickly from stress to calm. It also teaches conscious control of relaxation.
And third, our most-loved meditation and sound healing duo is coming back together, fresh off the VibeWell energetic HIGH they created in the Danny Clinch Gallery!
Sunday morning at the Danny Clinch Transparent Gallery in Asbury Park
Join April Puciata and Bridget Lyons as they come together again in this intimate and creative space – the Danny Clinch Transparent Gallery – to bring this incredibly special experience which will elevate your vibration and allow you to find a deep sense of connectedness. Together, they will utilize ancient meditation techniques in conjunction with sound healing to rejuvenate the system and bring the mind into to a clearer and calmer state. This guided meditation, infused with pranayama, Kriya and a visualization, will be enhanced with sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, drums, chimes and other healing instruments.
