During this 2.5 hour workshop, teens will have the opportunity to learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques while creating their own beautiful Dreamcatcher! Dreamcatchers are, in essence, a symbol of acceptance, mindfulness, and healing.

Join Kim Giglio & Savitri Kaur for this powerful practice to “Heal the Wounds of Love” with Mera Man Lochai. We will begin with light yoga exercises and end with the Gong and Crystal bowls to cleanse the subconscious and awaken feeling rejuvenated. This mantra meditation is meant to bring positive change to your current relationships (of all types) while removing past pains that have imbedded themselves in your heart and psyche. This powerful meditation practice will open hearts to self-love, and increase the capacity to love others. Repeating this mantra takes you out of the normal internal chatter and emotional games of the mind we usually live with. It purifies, aligns and strengthens the heart and soul. Yogi Bhajan gave us this priceless meditation to heal the Wounds of Love. Using a specific mantra and creating a human mandala, sacred geometric pattern, to facilitate a process of deep healing.

Adjustments: Part 1 Creating Space

May 19th at Inlet Yoga in Manasquan

One of the most basic skills to cultivate when learning to adjust yoga poses is holding space in and reading the room you are teaching. In fact, the tools cultivated in this workshop will enhance your teaching beyond just your capacity to adjust, and you will leave with a different, and maybe deeper, understanding of the human form in a yoga class!
