February 4 is World Cancer Day.
Did we know that when we woke up today?

In 2000, Sherry left an executive sales career to stay home with her young children and take over as primary caregiver for her grandparents. Her mom was later diagnosed with breast cancer and the caregiving role grew. Yoga has allowed her access to her breath and inner peace in emotionally challenging times. ⠀ ⠀ Help us recognize #worldcancerday tomorrow February 4th, and join Sherry for our Yoga for Cancer classes, Mondays at 11:00am. World Cancer Day is an annual event aimed at raising awareness about the disease and inspiring people to work together to take action against it. “We wish it to be a springboard for positive change,” Tezer Kutluk, president of the Union for International Cancer Control, said in a news release. “Take action for yourself, your organization or your community/country, as everyone can make a difference and inspire others.”
We hope that you share Elevate’s class schedule with anyone and everyone seeking a chance to heal, support, and connect.
