It feels like summer outside. The solstice is just around the corner. The kids are almost done with school. Vacation plans are being finalized.
What are you thinking about?
Our guess is that social media, advertisements, commercials, magazines, and sang outside of every single gym in the universe have “gently” pushed you to think about your relationship to your body on more than one occasion as temperatures rise and you peel off layers of clothes. In its most damaging form, you’ve heard or felt that your body is “not enough” yet and you need to do X-Y-Z to get “there.” In some more nourishing forms, maybe you’ve been reminded to pay attention to the change of seasons to finely attune what you put into and do with your body this summer.
After three seasons of braving the volatile weather, the summer affords most of us in NJ time to slow down and connect with nature outside. It’s a gift and we are meant to cherish it. To love it!
But what about connecting even more with our nature, both outside AND inside, between us all, and all around us?

THAT is the basis of the YACEP accredited, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teachings Summer Immersion 20-hour Certificate Program.
Yoga is a lifelong unveiling process that has to start somewhere, so if you’ve been nourishing your body through yoga postures and classes, you have already begun the path of self-mastery.
This summer would be a perfect time to take a deeper dive into the more energetic, spiritual, emotional, and mental realms via the other limbs of yoga, well beyond the physical asana practice.
Whether you’re a new yoga teacher looking for more study of “the other seven limbs” or a newer student looking for a beautiful glimpse into the deep dive that ultimately is a full 200-hour yoga teacher training, we have something for you.
Something really special.
Nicole Smith Levay, the founder of Power Within Healing, is hosting a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Summer Immersion Course, starting June 22, 2019.

This 20-hour Certificate Program could be exactly what you’ve been seeking – a potent mix of yoga philosophy, Western and Eastern anatomy, breath and breath work, the practice of sound and mantra, and more.
