You can find some many places to move, groove, meditate, learn, breathe, and grow in NJ this week.

We’ve got an awesome list of can’t miss opportunities, from mini-retreats, immersions, and spring celebrations to fun and funky flows with adult-only libations (whiskey and wine!).

Don’t forget to tag us at @njyogacollective so we can see where you choose to spend your time and deepen your practice. If you make a new yoga BFF, give us a virtual “namaste-heeeeeeeey” in your IG stories! If you nail your first crow, make sure to let us know – oh and also if you take your practice out into the snow (the weather can’t stop of flow, fo’ sho’).

Haha! Okay, enough. Have an amazing night. We love you!

Students will also have an opportunity to write down any situations that are no longer serving purpose in their lives, or to write the name of a person who needs healing. The papers will be kept private and placed in a crystal bowl so the vibration can be raised, prayed upon, and burned the next day at the exact time of the equinox.

The Chakras, or energy centers within our body are responsible for receiving and expressing energy. They are the storage centers for our life experiences and they affect us physically, mentally and spiritually. The sacral chakra is the second chakra. It is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. Its element is water and as such, its energy is characterized by flow and flexibility. The function of the sacral chakra is directed by the principle of pleasure. Josh’s workshop will include discussion, meditation, breath work, journaling and asana practice.
