Advanced Asana – Master Class w/ Stacy Rose
Friday, October 4th at Align Yoga and Strength in Matawan
We are called to courage every single time we show up on our mats, find our breath, and give ourselves the space to feel and let go. It is in this space that we find our inner strength. It is in fully being present in our practice that we can listen to the spirit, feel into the body, and align the mind to create the reality that best serves the highest self. In this masterclass, Stacy will intuitively guide us through a full-body, power-based vinyasa practice. We’ll begin with a touch of yin and end with an extended savasana that will energize, strengthen, stretch and restore you, bringing you back into balance.
Friday, October 4th at Yoga Peace Kula in Howell
This workshop is a program designed and dedicated to utilize the law of attraction as well as a way of applying “The Work” on our stressful negative thoughts. In this course, we will uncover the stressful thoughts that are causing us stress, write them on a “judge your neighbor” worksheet, ask four questions and then turn the thoughts around. This process is called “inquiry” and is “The Work” of Byron Katie. We will practice living our turn arounds so we can get to love the person that matters most, the self!

She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
