Happy (VibeWell) Monday! We are officially less than ONE week away from the VibeWell Yoga Festival, which means there is so much to do, so much to share, so much to prep and plan for…
But first, we want to tell you two things:
1. You are beautiful.
2. You are loved.
Take a deep breath and believe in the magic that is YOU.
We hope that you are ready for this Sunday; it will be filled with adventure, transformation, and inspiration, sprinkled throughout the Asbury Hotel, Asbury Lanes, and Danny Clinch Gallery.
Are you ready to feel the vibes?!
We come together for our 2nd annual festival THIS SUNDAY!
Also, we made this at about 5 AM today, and it just must be shared. Feel free to copy, paste, post, and tag a friend who is ready to “rock” the mat at VibeWell (all the puns are clearly intended).

Sunday at Jivamukti, Jersey City
A chance to break the norms of our everyday lives and get back to the roots of what makes us human, PLAY. Play is our connection to one another that can build bonds that last a lifetime. What better way to connect as yogis than with plenty of movement games, fun props and toys, music, and a little competition with friends known and new. All ages and bodies welcome to the fun. Through the love, kindness, and strength we create and express, we can build a world that we want to raise our families and friends in once again.
May Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
