Join us for the practice of Yoga and watch what unfolds in this multi-level master class. When advancing in Yoga the gauge is increased sensitivity to subtler realms. Advanced asana poses, pranayama and meditation. this mixed-level class is appropriate for yoga students at most levels but no new beginners please.

The passive practice of yin yoga meets the ancient healing technique of acupuncture to create the ultimate reset for mind, body, and soul. Join Katie Us and ToniRose Alicea as they guide you through a yin yoga sequence that opens the deepest levels of the body’s connective tissues while allowing you to relax into the postures and soften the muscles. The class will end with an extra-long savasana where Katie will choose acupuncture points that deepen your relaxation and balance the energies of the body.

Sat & Sun at Inlet Yoga in Manasquan
This series is for students and teachers and will introduce how to modify your Yoga practice for back and postural issues, including bulging discs or herniation, spondilolysthesis, disc degeneration, scoliosis and other back and neck issues.
Part I Learn basic backcare principles and how to alleviate back pain through alignment-based yoga and working with a neutral spine. Beginners welcome!
Part II will include how to safely strengthen the back and core in the presence of back issues and will go deeper into Yoga for Scoliosis.

JIVAMUKTI trained, Maria Preuster comes with great experience and knowledge of the Yoga teachings.This class is for serious practitioners as well as newer students looking to bring YOGA into all aspects of their life. Known for her clear and precise instruction she will guide you through a 95 minute, naturally heat building asana sequence accompanied by chanting, uplifting music and hands on assists. Always backed by Yoga scripture and philosophy, plan on meditation and if your karma aligns, you might get an epic and ancient story as well.
Sunday at The Local Kitchen in Ship Bottom
Come hang out for some easy like Sunday morning….yoga, crafts & snacks. To begin we will roll out our yoga mats and allow ourselves to find a calm and grounded center through light seated stretching and a guided imagery meditation to clear out the cobwebs in our minds. Following, local artist Savannah Hughes will assist us in creating custom beaded mantra bracelets using semi precious stones like Jade, Amethyst and Jaspers. We will infuse our bracelets with positive intention and energy as we create and munch on snacks provided by @The Local Market and Kitchen.
May Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
