WHERE TO TAKE YOUR ASANA
December 4 – December 10
It’s beginning to look a lot like holiday time – which also means holiDAZE vibes for so many of us.
Our to-do lists are a mile long, from baking and wrapping to shopping and attending ugly sweater parties (but really, can someone please throw an ugly leggings party? We want a reason to order these and they are clearly inappropriate for anything else).
Luckily our local NJ studios are providing absolutely awesome opportunities for yoga this coming week, with just the right amount of restorative bliss to keep us calm, happy, and healthy all December long.
Check out what we found, and let us know where you are headed! Be sure to hashtag #njyogacollective as you flow, breathe, move, and groove throughout NJ.
