Judit will present a beautiful sound healing protocol focusing on all that we are grateful for. We will end with a gentle spoken practice of gratitude. Space is limited.
Chakra Meditation & Cacao Ceremony with Stephanie Moore
Friday at Honor Yoga in North Brunswick
Let’s come together this fall into a sacred space. Let’s open our hearts, soothe our minds, and excite our spirits. We will immerse ourselves in a SACRED CACAO CEREMONY by drinking a warm, rich, thick chocolaty cacao drink that will help us connect to our inner power. We will surround ourselves with music, go deep energetically into a Chakra Balancing Meditation and join collectively in breath work. We will enjoy sharing (or Satsang) and journal our intentions for our own unique healing and self transformation. Reiki Masters will provide energy healing and allow you to go deep into your own inner wisdom. Let’s start fall off a little lighter, more open hearted, and raise our own vibrations so we can move towards the best versions of ourselves.
The Gift of Silence with Sally Miller
Saturday at Dig Yoga in Lambertville
A daylong silent retreat with yin yoga, yang yoga and meditation. Taking one day to be in silence, away from our phones, our work responsibilities and family obligations, helps us refill our reservoir of prana and bring a sense of freshness back into our life. We’ll move through slow, mindful hatha yoga postures in our “yang” section and hold longer, passive postures in our “yin” section. The inclusion of both yin and yang helps balance the left and right brain, preparing us to sit in meditation with greater comfort and ease. Much of the time spent in silence is guided by Sally’s voice, with some pure silence interwoven in manageable parts. The seated and reclined meditations are also a mixture of pure silence and soft, gentle cues to bring you back to your body when your mind wanders. You’ll be given plenty of detailed instructions for all the meditation and yoga techniques, as well as variations for different levels of flexibility and experience.
Saturday at Good Vibes Yoga Bar in Nutley
Danielle Martucci guides us through a 2 hour Vinyasa practice specifically created to honor the creative energy in all its manifestations. This is a non hot practice but still a strenuous practice.

After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
