Happy Thanksgiving, NJ yoga family! We are so beyond grateful for you and all you do – most especially the way you show up with consistency, compassion, and kindness.
We are keeping our events list short and sweet this week because every single yoga studio in NJ has something special going on to celebrate the official opening day of this season of gratitude.
Although for us, isn’t it always a season of giving thanks? In a sense, we have a chance to do that every single time we cross our ankles on the mat and set an intention for our practice.
So let’s remember that. Let’s always come back to mindfulness, with an open heart, as a community of true believers.
That there is goodness in every single being that touches down on Mother Earth. Yes, something we need to dig a little deeper to discover it – but the good is there.
Alright! Now onto the YOGA! We’ll be adding more, so please stay tuned and watch for our email with me save the dates. And book your spot for Hope Heals NOW! We are getting close and we want to make sure you are there with us on December 4 at PORTA to raise funds and awareness for Mary’s Place by the Sea.
