Is it seriously almost August?!
We are making all kinds of yoga plans this week because (1) it is crazy hot outside and being in all our amazing NJ studios feels SO good, (2) keeping our energy level lifted during the dog days of summer requires lots of down dogs, up dogs, and puppy poses (and vegan hot dogs), (3) we are in VibeWell mode (already) and the time is NOW to connect and make sure this festival is EVERYTHING our community deserves, and (4) our summer mediation game is STRONG this year! Why, you ask? Well, we’ve infused our practices with a guided meditation, created specifically for anyone seeking to tune in and connect with the aspects of summer that are awake and alive within.
Now onto this week’s awesome events, starting with one that is extremely close to our heart:
Mary’s Place by the Sea is a respite home for women who are receiving treatment for cancer. It is located in Ocean Grove, NJ. Join Maria Mckeon, Co-founder of Mary’s Place by the Sea, as she guides us through an all-ability yoga experience to the live music of singer-songwriter, Ray Andersen.
After yoga, there will be a natural and biodynamic Wine Tasting from Court Liquors. Pairings will be provided by Wicked Good Spices. Meet Ivonne the Psychic for a Tarot Card reading and gain insight on your future. Then stick around for a doTERRA essential oil demonstration and learn more about the safer beauty options from Beautycounter. Donation of $20 per person is suggested; ALL proceeds to benefit Mary’s Place by the Sea.
