Wednesday at Sun Moon Yoga in Long Branch
Join Darryn Silver, LCSW & Kirk Murdoch for an afternoon of Transformational Breath® Work. Transformational Breath® accesses a high vibrational energy created by a specific breathing pattern that permanently raises and alters the energy in our electro-magnetic field. Transformational Breath® attunes us to our natural abilities to access higher vibrational energy by utilizing a conscious, connected, diaphragmatic breathing pattern. Although Yogic Pranayama and other forms of breath works are essential to our well-being, Transformational Breath® integrates other healing modalities such as toning, hands-on, and somatic integration in its practice. All of these elements coupled with intention and invocation support the moving of energy. This movement of energy softens and allows us to embrace our essence; therefore, we meet our joy and live more effortlessly in the flow of life.

Saturday at Blue Moon Yoga in Shrewsbury
Thoughts are energy and our mind and bodies are intricately linked. How we think can transform our perception of the world and the healing of our body. As we envision a different outcome, our outer world shifts and so does the inner environment of our body. You will be offered information on the mind-body connection and the power of visualization. Visualization shapes the brain through neurosculpting which has the potential to change how we think, feel, and act in order to realign with our highest good. Shamans around the world have been practicing visualization techniques for thousands of years through journeying to envision a balanced world, good health, abundance for their community and to expand their awareness beyond just this physical realm of limitations. During this ceremony you will be guided through various journeys and visualizations aimed to heal on an emotional, mental and energetic level. This ceremony will bring you into deeper connection with yourself and your potential of optimal health. Come ready to relax and journey together!

She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
