Food blogs make everything look delicious.
I’m guessing we aren’t shocking you with that declaration, right?
But in all seriousness, we legit get overwhelmed by the number of yum-spirations we receive in our NJ Yoga Collective inbox every single day, and we wish we had the time (or a private chef) to make them all.
There are, however, a few that make us stop, drop and chop – especially when we have hardcore #VEGANGOALS in the kitchen. And more than a few come directly from NJ’s own Neurotic Mommy, Jennifer Rose.
Jennifer is a plant-based, holistic goddess dedicated to living, eating and educating people on “getting crazy healthy“.
We food stalked her page and decided these 10 recipes were just too good to NOT share with you all. We chose 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners, plus a unicorn cake because, well, Jennifer is basically a unicorn for creating all this stuff in the first place.
