We are celebrating the month of November by committing to a 21-day gratitude immersion and we want to invite YOU to join us.

Gratitude is the act of acknowledging, welcoming, and aligning with all of the goodness in life. A regular gratitude practice is one of the fastest ways to anchor into what is real, mindful, genuine, and good.
And when we take the time to give thanks for all the blessings in this beautiful life, we start to energetically amplify them.
So this is our offering to you: 24 days for 21 practices of gratitude in the Month of November. All you need is a place to write, whether it be a notebook or your social media shares.
As you immerse yourself in a daily gratitude practice, allow your expressions of thankfulness to be completely organic and natural for YOU. The content isn’t the most important piece; what truly matters is the practice. Sure, this may start as effort-full or challenging, but it will quickly become a good habit and a powerful tool of positivity – if you stay consistent and connected.

Make your gratitude practice your own. Choose a ritual that works for you, and let it be easy. You can think, speak, or write what you are grateful for. It doesn’t matter when you do it, where you do it or how you do it. The power is in the practice of giving thanks, not the exact process.
When you share your images, thoughts, words, intentions and affirmations on Instagram and Facebook, tag @njyogacollective @flowpaddleyoga @yogisally @bridgetriepl and use the hashtag #gratefulfeelsgood. (Specific details for getting started will be on Instagram @bridgetriepl and @yogisally).

Notice we aren’t calling this a “challenge.”
That’s on purpose – we DON’T want this to feel “hard” or like we just added something new to your to-do list. In fact, we are giving you (and let be real, ourselves too!) 24 days to infuse 21 moments of thankfulness into your daily life. Just to make sure there is no pressure on those whirlwind mornings that turn into crazy afternoons and end with you falling into bed at night without giving a thought to anything except what was right in front of your nose. Because we all have one those every once in awhile.

And to sweeten the pot, we’ll show how grateful we are for you and your efforts by sharing posts that speak to our hearts and souls on Thanksgiving day AND by offering up gifts of free yoga to a few participants who come along with the entire month of gratitude.
