Do you have SuperBowl Plans?!

Bridget is planning her weekend classes right now – the playlist is ALL about Halftime Performers from the past and the flow is geared toward helping you feel the love in your Super (Pelvic) Bowl.

Here is a link to what we’re playing with in Spotify if you want to check it out and make some suggestions!

We’re also still GLOWING from a sweet Sunday with Miles Borrero at Synergy Hot Yoga, as a part of Vanessa Van Noy’s YTT. It was truly amazing to sit with such a fantastic teacher and practice Uḍḍīyana Bandha with deliciously soft bellies (we like our sweets too).

Check out our IG post and video with Miles right here!

One more thing before we shift all attention to the workshops, immersions, and events we are loving this weekend – BOOK SELF-CARE SUNDAY AT HONOR YOGA NORTH BRUNSWICK NOW! This event sold out last year and we have a feeling 2020 is going to be even more amazing. Why? Because Bridget and Susan are coming together with Phyllicia for crystals and sound healing after a dynamically uplifting yoga flow.

February 16 = Pure Magic!

Here is a taste of what the yogi goddess can do…

Sending love and light to you on this new moon. Playing my Azezulite alchemy crystal singing bowl. About Azezulite: The Azez are thought to be interdimensional beings who intended to use the stones as an intermediary for communication and interdimensional travel. This stone is thought to have the highest vibration of any stone next to phenacite. The energy that it projects may be uncomfortable for some, at first, due to its power and higher vibration but most people are quickly relieved of any discomfort as the stones other properties start to take effect. It is also said to have special vibration in relation to the third eye, so special that some people have reported to have glimpsed the future when having used it with the third eye. This stone is thought to have no negative energies whatsoever and should never need cleansing. Aside from communing with the third eye, the stone may stimulate the kundalini. Stimulating the kundalini is known to be a powerful spiritual experience and it may be necessary to make special note of the spiritual powers of azeztulite. Many people believe that each individual piece of azeztulite connects with the individual who uses it personally. That being said, it is often felt by the user that each piece of the stone has a slightly different vibrational energy. Each stone may have it's own personality, so to speak. The stone is closely related to the crown and soulstar chakras. . . . #singingbowls #crystalsingingbowls #singingbowl #crystaltones #soundhealing #soundtherapy #yoga #yogi #meditate #meditation #crystals #crystalhealing #manifest #spellandthegypsycollective

Our PRENATAL/POSTNATAL Yoga Chakra Series is back at @beeyou_kidsyoga beginning Feb. 2nd!!!✨ Sundays at 10:00 am!!! $90/6 weeks! ✨✨✨Experience the power of pregnancy with Spiral Path Yoga✨✨✨ Join Mother/Daughter Team Karen and Katie Carola for a 6-week Prenatal Yoga Through the Chakras series. Pregnancy is a time when women are more open to growth physically, emotionally, and spiritually. By taking the time to address the chakra system, that expansion and growth is naturally encouraged and enhanced. This series will explore each chakra with its corresponding pregnancy and feminine issues and teach specific asanas and pranayamas designed to clear and open each energy center. When the chakras are open and flowing, health and balance is improved. In pregnancy, this leads to being in tune with your needs and emotions, increasing your enjoyment of this beautiful transition into motherhood, and can positively influence your labor and birth. Karen and Katie are dedicated to helping women feel empowered through pregnancy and birth, while creating a community of support around motherhood. Karen Carola, Director of Midwifery for Ocean Gynecological and Obstetrical Associates, has been a Certified Nurse Midwife for over 30 years and has delivered more than 3,000 babies. She brings her immense knowledge into all facets of her classes. Katie Carola has been a Certified Yoga Instructor for 14 years and is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified in Prenatal and Perinatal Massage. She specializes in caring for moms both pre- and postpartum. Karen and Katie work together to give women the support they need to fully experience and enjoy their pregnancies. 📸 @cindygiovagnoliphotography 💄 @dollfacemakeupartistrynj #prenatalyoga #chakrayoga #jerseyshoremoms #mamacare #community #yoga #beeyouyoga #spiralpathyoga #asyourbabygrows #njyogacollective

Saturday at Yoga Peace Kula in Howell

Abby will guide you through gentle and restorative postures tied to scripture and rooted in truth. We can only choose one: Fear or Faith. In our relationship to the Divine, it’s easy to let our short-sightedness cloud our perception of Unconditional Love & Care. In the face of life’s challenges, our vision can easily be obscured by the struggle, and it can be hard to move forward without a sense of direction or safety. In this 2-hour workshop, Abby will guide you through gentle and restorative postures tied to scripture and rooted in truth in order to help reconnect you to an internal wellspring of faith.

Buti Yoga

Saturday at Sun Moon Yoga & Healing in Long Branch

Buti yoga is a trademarked style of yoga that combines jump training (plyometrics), tribal dancing and dynamic yoga asanas into an intense workout. In Marathi, the language spoken in parts of western India, buti means “a secret remedy or cure.” Join Yolanda in this ecstatic practice. This cardio-intensive yoga workout is designed to transform body and soul through the trademark method of Spiral Structure Technique (SST), which forms the basis for Buti yoga’s dynamic flow sequence. SST uses spinal movement to tone of the core, rather than the linear movement found in many yoga practices.
