Welcome to the official week of all things merry, bright, jolly, happy, joyful, and cookie-filled!
We are keeping our events light and sweet, simply because there aren’t a ton happening (maybe out of respect for all the family obligations – ha!) and it will be tough enough to get to a regular class, right?!
But, with all that in mind, we did find some ways for you to make magic. Here they are!

Friday at Princeton Center for Yoga & Health
Join us as we pray for world peace using shantih sanskirt mantras from the Vedas and the Upanishads. Mantras are a way to focus our minds, and through that focus along with the sounds, we produce and have the capacity to manifest a different reality. Mantras are very powerful as all of creation starts with sound. May all the beings in all the worlds become happy; Peace, peace, and peace be everywhere! We will begin with a short meditation followed by peace chanting, a world peace visualization, and short kirtan. We hope to see you there!

May Louie first took yoga in college to fulfill a Phys-Ed requirement and immediately fell in love. She, unfortunately, did not continue with her practice but reconnected with it when she retired from her corporate job in 2002 and has since become a serious yoga enthusiast. After her second retirement in 2017, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification, studying with Dina Crosta, Ellen Mosko, and Jamie Segal Hanley, with a focus on alignment based flow.
