You’ll begin in seated meditation and then Emma will guide you through a vigorous vinyasa flow to create tapas, or heat, in the body. After cooling down, students will transition into relaxing postures using props to assist in release. Emma will incorporate aromatherapy and sound healing into the practice as well as guided chanting.
