The NJ Yoga Collective’s First Meditation Immersion
The NJYC Meditation Immersion is an incredible opportunity to help you create and deepen a meditation practice – on your schedule, from the comfort of your own meditation cushion, couch, carpet, or maybe even your bed!
From March 12 to March 27, you will receive an early morning email directing you to a meditation link.
As soon as you click PLAY, an inspirational, transformational teacher from our amazing local community will guide you through a brief meditation, with an intention to help you find the calm, kind, compassionate core of who you are, no matter what kind of chaos is swirling in your “off the mat” life.
This will be simple, but also completely revolutionary. All you have to do is find a seat, close your eyes, and take it one breath at a time.
Allow yourself to be guided. Turn inward. Find your inner light and let it shine.
