We are SO deeply digging some of the questions our NJ yogis will get to answer in this week’s special events!

Strong and Soulful’s Empowered Empath will bring your most energetic connections to the forefront of your heart and mind; The Yoga Hive’s Ayurvedic workshop will help you to determine your Ayurvedic constitution (Dosha) and discover how to bring balance to your life through the seasonal changes.

And how about Yin Yoga for your liver?! Yoga Loka in Frenchtown is set to address the physical, emotional, and energetic stagnation that builds up over the winter months and begs to be released from our livers in the spring.

Plus we know you won’t want to miss METTAMADE’s March 29 girls’ night out at Laurita. Vino and vinyasa are always so happy together…

Make sure to tag us all week long so we know where you are getting your flow on! #njyogacollective
