We are SO deeply digging some of the questions our NJ yogis will get to answer in this week’s special events!
Strong and Soulful’s Empowered Empath will bring your most energetic connections to the forefront of your heart and mind; The Yoga Hive’s Ayurvedic workshop will help you to determine your Ayurvedic constitution (Dosha) and discover how to bring balance to your life through the seasonal changes.
And how about Yin Yoga for your liver?! Yoga Loka in Frenchtown is set to address the physical, emotional, and energetic stagnation that builds up over the winter months and begs to be released from our livers in the spring.
Plus we know you won’t want to miss METTAMADE’s March 29 girls’ night out at Laurita. Vino and vinyasa are always so happy together…
Make sure to tag us all week long so we know where you are getting your flow on! #njyogacollective

Join Susan and Donna as they create a sacred space, using ritual, Singing Bowls and Access Energy… The PINK MOON appears as the creative energies of Spring are stirring. Sacred space will be created for the circle and within ourselves through an energy meditation and the sounds of the crystal pyramid. The circle will be opened as we connect to each other with a stream of light. Together, we invite the Directions to join us in our circle, and embody them in a moving meditation as we do so. We will write down what it is we wish to actualize in our lives and in the world, hold them to our hearts and pray blessings into them, sending them nurturing energy. Then release our intentions onto the altar…After journeying through guided meditation, we will be bathed in the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls.

Bhakti Barn Yoga, Millburn
Kirtan is an ancient form of mantra meditation, a component of bhakti-yoga (the yoga of devotion), which has the power to open and purify the heart. This chanting, accompanied by musical instruments and rhythmic drumming, brings the audience to its feet in the joy of singing, clapping, and dancing with pure devotion.
In its heartfelt expression kirtan can induce profound states or meditation, bliss, and esctasy. Madhu Das has been practicing and teaching kirtan for many years in the bhakti-yoga tradition.
