Spring Detox with Yoga & Essential Oils with Nicole DeNardo & Andrea Fegan

March 18

1:30-3:00 PM

Spring detox is on everybody’s minds as we move into warmer weather. We start to move our bodies, release old weight, negative thinking, parts of our older selves that no longer serve us. Additionally, we become inspired to create a sense of renewal, support more positive emotions and clarity of thinking in the warmer months. We increase motivation, movement, and growth, just like the flowers and plants do in springtime. This is what Spring Renewal means, and we can use essential oils and yoga practice to help us get there!

This yoga class hopes to address each of these areas through warm ups, flow, breathing support poses, and savasana using Therapeutic-grade Essential oils.

Posture Clinic – Pigeon Pose

March 18

11:00 AM-1:00 PM

It is often used as a break or a pause between other, perhaps, bigger shapes. And yet this posture has so much to offer and inform in multiple directions: backbends, forward folds, hip openers. It can be a powerful bridge in balancing the lower and upper body and can provide heaps of information in both directions. In this Pigeon-focused posture clinic we will take the shape apart and then put it back together. We will see where it comes from and where it is going next. And along the way we will explore our own royal, and expansive heart.
