How are you feeling this week?
Can you BELIEVE that it’s March?!
We are semi in shock, but loving the right sunlight and these first few whispers of spring.
We are also really excited to see so many teachers and studios celebrating International Women’s day this coming weekend – March 8th.
International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
Here’s where we want to be on March 8th (after Bridget’s Female POWER class at Evenflow Yoga in Red Bank, NJ of course):

2 weeks away! Say what? Creating and organizing this event has stretched me in more ways than I could ever express in words. When we have a goal or a vision or dream it’s unlikely we will get there alone. And if we do it’s not as rewarding and we usually don’t stay fulfilled. With this event came a lot of asking, for support and help and guidance. I have made so many mistakes and have received so many opinions of what I should and shouldn’t do. I doubted myself and wondered if I should move forward with it and had more than my shares of ugly crys! And it’s all perfect Because In going out of our comfort zone there will always be growing pains. I’ll never be the same with this experience. We never are when we step into fear. Fear doesn’t mean it’s not FOR you, fear is just an energy and an emotion we must MOVE through. And myself and my epic lineup of speakers are going to help you do just that! I’m only leaving the door open for a few more tickets to make an investment in YOU 💗link in bio Yourlifeunleashedevent.com . . . #njevents #yougotthis #unleash
